I direct every single frame. The gap between a snapshot and a headshot you'll keep is whether someone is telling you exactly what to do, and on my sessions that someone is me, the whole time. You never have to stand there guessing.

I light for your face, not for a preset. Office ceilings and a window can't get there. My lighting is built and repeatable, which is also why a team I shoot a year apart still matches the first batch.

I keep the backgrounds simple. Clean grey, white, and dark, the tones that sit right on LinkedIn, a firm or brokerage site, an MLS profile, the Law Society directory, and in print. One sitting, ready for all of it.

I retouch by hand, and lightly. A shiny forehead, hair that won't sit, a spot that turned up that morning, a collar gone sideways. I sort those out and leave the rest of you alone, so it still looks like you on a good day, not like a stranger who got smoothed over.

I tell you what to wear before you arrive. A lawyer, a realtor, and a founder don't dress the same for this, so my prep note covers it and we sort anything else when you get here.

I size your files for everywhere they're going. Cropped and exported for LinkedIn, your website, the directory, and print, so you're never stuck resizing anything yourself.
